Blowin' in the Wind

One of the things we really wanted to do while my brother and his family were here is take them to the beach.

They have seen the gulf but never the Pacific Ocean. Unfortunately, the day we decided to head down the Lincoln City the weather took a turn and it was raining off and on. We weren't going to stop but changed our minds.

Tikimi and Araceli ventured out on the sand and once my kids saw that they wanted to get out too. My sister and brother stayed in the car.. WUSS!
Even though it was drizzling and a bit chilly, the kids had a great time running through the waves and I had to promise to take them back before school started.
